Last run

Just one more time. Some hours this night, walking through different objects, and then I’ll be off the hook for some days. This month was much too hart with far more then twohundred hours all nightshift. I hope that it pays and not all the extra vanishes in taxes or insurance. I am deadly tired. Tonight I’ll have company, hope the colleague in spe will stay on the job.
Wish me luck, bad things tend to happen just before it ends.

  1. Oh, good lord, Mago! You are going to kill yourself with that kind of shift work!

If I can find the tax fairy, I’ll put in a word to hopefully let you keep as much as possible out of that pay.

Get lots of rest, my friend… you deserve it! xoxo

  2. And how many times do you say, “I’m to old for this shit.” It’s true, but don’t give up. All you can do is keeping trying to make a better future for yourself. Remember, it won’t always be like this. Sometimes when the hours drag on, it feels like it will, but you know. You been around long enough to know there is always change in the wind.
    Take Care,

  3. Mago I hope you and your company start a period of good sleep and when the taxes are to be paid the cash is there. Third shift is not a good shift but there is less people to deal with at night.
Get some sleep and enjoy the time off.

  4. If you drive a car,
    I’ll tax the street.
    If you try to sit,
    I’ll tax your seat.
    If you get too cold,
    I’ll tax the heat.
    If you take a walk,
    I’ll tax your feet.

Run out and get yourself the Beatles on Rock Band before the taxman cometh!
