Sunday Music

Summer arrived. Clear sky, warm air, wounderful green fields, colourful meadows. I work, I read, I sleep. The new kitchen works wonders – I *gasp* made a salad : With my own hands !
Meanwhile Tagaram BHEEL of Jaisalmer (Ger., Eng.) (Rajasthan) plays a little tune on the Algoja (Ger., Eng.). Sadly I could find no more information about the artist. I hope you enjoy the music. May we all face a peaceful, and sunny, week !

  1. Your kitchen is finished? Your kitchen is finished!! And you prepared a meal (salad is a meal, surely)!
Just don’t tell Delilah Smythe otherwise she’ll be ’round yours messing it up with her co-opted TV crew.

P.S. I liked the music. The player must have extremely good breath control – in through the nose out through the mouth. Continuously?!

  2. Hello, Good Sunday to you! The music sounds like bagpipes minus the bag part. :) I love salads! People who don’t like salads just don’t know how to make a good one. I like shaved brussels sprouts and hazelnuts or walnuts in mine.

  3. Delilah Smythe ! HA !
I wondered from first hearing how he does it IDV. He plays the melodie with the left flute, and keeps a kind of basso continuo with the right one – seemingly without gasping for air one single time ! I know that there is something called “circular breathing”, but have no idea how it works.
I think I want to trbvel to Jaisalmer.

I’m not sure about the Brussel sprouts, but nuts are definitely in, dearest Melanie.

We are all in our salad days Dinahmow

What a blower, dear Mistress ! Maybe something with harbour dues, in his harbour days.

Yoh, MsScadlet – sun head hammer, yoh !
